Sebagai Planning Officer, kamu akan menjadi bagian penting dari tim perencanaan produksi. Tugas utamamu adalah mengatur jadwal produksi, memantau kebutuhan bahan baku, dan memastikan semua proses berjalan tepat waktu sesuai target perusahaan. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule production orders based on customer forecasts. Control and adjust the loading plan to balance demand and production capacity. Review customer forecasts regularly and apply level-loading to optimize resource utilization. Run and manage the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure timely procurement of raw materials. Coordinate with Buyer and Warehouse teams to ensure raw material readiness and availability. Prioritize production orders based on customer requirements and delivery commitments. Monitor and track work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of production activities. Manage inventory levels of Finished Goods (FG), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Raw Materials to support production continuity and cost control. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Buyer, Quality, and Logistics to resolve planning-related issues and improve operational alignment. Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy and on-time delivery. Responsible to comply with procedure related with quality, environment, heath, and safety management system throughout planning process.   Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and demand planning. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
