Listing Data Tagging Team Lead - Operations (Solo) Job Description Supervise and manage the daily operations of the data annotation team. Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure productivity targets are met. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of annotated data in line with project requirements. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to agents. Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process improvements. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews for team members. Report progress, issues, and risks to senior management.   Requirement Bachelor's degree in any field Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good written and verbal English communication Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (Google Sheet and Excel) Highly organized with attention to detail, learn fast, and a commitment to quality. Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently. Ability to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently and monitor agent's' quality.
